Returns and Warranty Information

How do I return a Cuchina Safe product within the 10-day return period?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your Cuchina Safe Lid® product, simply email us within 10 days of receipt to process your return and refund. We ask that you return your items in their original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition as it was upon receipt. Cuchina Safe, LLC is not responsible for the return shipping and handling costs. If the product is deemed defective, see below for more information. (Sorry no International or unauthorized 3rd party returns.)
To guarantee your refund, we suggest shipping your return via UPS or Certified Mail with a receipt of mail. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and we will notify our payment processor to issue a credit to Pay Pal or other method of payment used for the initial purchase.
What if my Cuchina Safe product arrives broken or deemed defective?
If your Cuchina Safe product arrives broken, damaged or is otherwise deemed defective, simply email us within 10 days of receipt for a free replacement piece or a complete refund. We may ask you to send us a photo of the damage, or return the damaged pieces so we can see why the product didn’t arrive intact, so we can improve our shipping methods. Or you can return the product to Cuchina Safe, LLC for a complete refund.
What if I have a problem with my Cuchina Safe product after the 10-day return period?  
All Cuchina Safe products come with a limited one-year warranty that covers any manufacturing or material defects for one year from the date of purchase. Should your product prove to be defective at any time within the one-year warranty period, we will replace your item at no charge.

Cuchina Safe, LLC will replace any Cuchina Safe Lid® that cracks or discolors within ONE YEAR from date of purchase. If the exact item is not available, it will be replaced with a comparable item. This warranty only applies to products damaged during normal household use. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidental breakage from impact or attempted repair. For this warranty to apply, the owner must follow the Safety, Use & Care instructions. If you wish to make a warranty claim, contact the Cuchina Safe, LLC. KEEP THE PRODUCT, as you may be asked to return it. Incidental and consequential damages are expressly excluded from this warranty.

The flat shipping and handling fee is not included in the terms of this warranty and will be your responsibility.
